As a Laundry Valet, you will be responsible for providing efficient laundry and valet services to guests, ensuring the proper handling, cleaning, and delivery of their personal items. Your role involves upholding high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and colleagues in a welcoming and courteous manner.
  • Collect guests' laundry and valet items, carefully noting any special instructions.
  • Ensure the proper tagging and tracking of items for laundry and valet services.
  • Transport laundry items to the laundry department for processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of laundry and valet orders, including billing information.
  • Monitor the status of laundry orders and coordinate with the laundry team.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to laundry and valet services.
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cleaned and pressed items to guests.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in valet services.
  • Collaborate with the laundry and housekeeping teams for seamless operations.
  • Adhere to environmental and safety regulations for laundry and valet services.
  • Provide assistance to guests with any additional requests or information.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
