Position: Lean Transformation Manager
Location: Dubai or India
Duration: 6 Months and Extendable

Role Purpose: –
The Lean Transformation Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
Conduct value stream mapping and waste elimination workshops.
Drive productivity and turnaround-time improvements.
Facilitate Kaizen programs.

Key Performance Indicators: –

Cost savings
Cycle time reduction
Productivity improvement
Capacity released

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies: –
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
MBA in Operations, Business Administration, or Finance is preferred.
