Legal Consultant

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Consultant to provide legal support and

guidance. The role involves reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and

regulations, managing legal risks, and supporting business activities related to engineering projects,

clients, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry requirements.
• Provide legal advice on business operations, projects, and contractual matters.
• Manage legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Handle legal notices, claims, disputes, and coordinate with external legal counsel when
  
  

required.

• Support company licensing, regulatory approvals, and corporate governance activities.
• Advise on labour law matters, employment contracts, and HR-related legal issues.
• Maintain legal records and prepare legal reports, opinions, and correspondence.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on legal
  
  

matters.

• Monitor legislative changes and ensure the company's continued compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Professional legal qualification or certification preferred.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
