Legal Counsel- Investments

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a highly regarded, internationally focused investment organisation in Abu Dhabi.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Approximately 4-10 years' PQE.
• Qualified lawyer from a leading international law firm or financial institution.
• Strong experience in investment funds, ideally with exposure to open-ended funds and hedge fund structures.
• Experience advising institutional investors, asset managers or investment funds advantageous.
• Exposure to derivatives or hedging arrangements would be beneficial.
• Excellent technical, drafting and stakeholder management skills.
