We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Manager to join our team for the ongoing development of a digitized regulatory licensing & investigations platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, project management, and software development processes.
The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of a tool that meets compliance and regulatory needs

Established by Federal Law by Decree and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, the GCGRA is the executive authority that holds exclusive jurisdiction to regulate, license, and supervise all commercial gaming activities and facilities in the UAE.

The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of a tool that meets compliance and regulatory needs
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and end-users, to clarify and validate licensing related business needs.
- Provide input to Digital Delivery team on requirement, ensuring regulatory and operational considerations are fully understood.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement from a business perspective.
- Conduct thorough analyses of business workflows to understand regulatory licensing requirements.
- Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to visualize and communicate proposed changes.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for business processes, regulatory interpretations and licensing practices.
- Produce detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of requirements and project objectives.
- Work closely with the Digital Delivery team who will act as the primary liaison with the developers/ vendors, ensuring business needs are clearly communicated and understood.
- Testing and Validation:
- Perform initial and ongoing user acceptance testing (UAT) and support UAT by assisting business stakeholders in validating the final product.
- Project Management Support:
- Support project planning by providing input from a Licensing perspective.
- Track project progress and report on status to business stakeholders.
- Training and Guidance:
- Support the preparation of user manuals, stakeholder guidance and training materials for all aspects of the platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or significant appropriate experience in the same.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in regulatory or compliance projects and/or commercial gaming.
- Strong understanding of regulatory licensing processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like UML, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello), and data analysis tools.
