Listing Videographer

Role Summary

As a Videographer at Provident, you will be a vital part of the Listing Department, responsible for handling a variety of project types in different recording environments according to the company’s needs. You will be required to record, photograph and edit property footage while working independently, in one of the world's most vibrant and competitive marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Filming video and photography at properties to be listed
• Working with the listing team and agents to plan property visits with the landlords and tenants
• Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
• Editing footage after recording
• Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage
  
  

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
• Multitasking skills for working with many crew members at once
• Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
• Knowledge of post-production techniques
• Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
• Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing and scripting
• 2 Years experience in same or similar role
• Proficient in English: Written & Spoken
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, film or communications. Additional certifications in editing, screenwriting, cinematography, and media production is a plus
