About Analog
Analog is pioneering the era of physical intelligence. Where digital intelligence transformed our online lives, Analog is transforming the lived world, making cities more adaptive, industries more resilient, services more human centered, and experiences more extraordinary.
At the heart of our approach are living world models, continuously updated, enriched by every capture point, every device, every interaction. Within them resides Ana, the Analog Neural Agent. Ana perceives, adapts, and guides, transforming raw data into foresight and orchestration that improves outcomes across sectors, from safeguarding high-value assets to enhancing human performance.
Role

This role blends strategic, high-visibility work with the operational reality of keeping the engine running: commercial and financial reporting, CRM ownership, and structured follow-through that helps teams move faster and leadership stay unblocked.

Role
We’re hiring a Business Operations & Strategy Manager to help run Analog’s commercial execution and partner operations. This is a high-context, stakeholder-facing role working closely with senior leaders across teams and group offices to drive alignment, execution, and clear decision-making.
This role blends strategic, high-visibility work with the operational reality of keeping the engine running: commercial and financial reporting, CRM ownership, and structured follow-through that helps teams move faster and leadership stay unblocked.
Responsibilities
- Join customer and partner conversations to build real context on deal priorities, risks, and next steps
- Turn customer-side reality into clear internal reporting: pipeline health, blockers, forecast drivers, and execution plans
- Own recurring commercial and financial reporting rhythms (weekly updates, pipeline reviews, leadership-ready summaries)
- Own the CRM as the system of record: pipeline hygiene, deal updates, consistency, and process enforcement
- Run operating cadences: meeting prep, agendas, materials, action tracking, and decision logs
- Build strong working relationships across group offices to keep stakeholders aligned and execution predictable
- Manage operational workflows like vendor onboarding and coordination with procurement (for Analog and partners)
- Standardize templates, formats, and workflows to make execution more predictable and improve quality over time
- 4–8 years in consulting, business ops, strategy, finance ops, program management, or high-ownership startup roles
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and structured reporting environments
- Excellent judgment and fast context-building — you can find the real story behind the numbers
- Crisp executive communication and strong operational rigor
- Comfort owning messy workflows end-to-end and turning them into reliable processes
- Experience working with CEO/CFO/CCO-level reporting lines
- Familiarity with legal/compliance reporting processes
- Experience building a reporting cadence and intake process from scratch
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline reporting
- Culture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence. We value curiosity, courage, and creativity, and we’re united by a belief that technology should amplify human potential rather than replace it.
- Impact: The opportunity to work on projects with national and global significance, from adaptive cities and resilient infrastructure to next generation sports, entertainment, healthcare, and energy. Every product you help build contributes to shaping a safer, smarter, more human centered world.
- Growth: Outstanding opportunities for learning and career development. You’ll collaborate with leaders across AI, robotics, mixed reality, and systems engineering, while working on industry first, frontier scale solutions.
- Rewards: A competitive compensation package with healthcare, education support, and generous leave benefits, reflecting the high value we place on our people and their families.
