Job Description
  • Oversee the design review and installation of MEP systems for construction projects.
  • Ensure MEP systems comply with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design.
  • Manage a team of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers and inspectors.
  • Inspect and verify the quality of equipment and systems.
  • Ensure all MEP works are completed within the set timeline and budget.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may affect the project schedule.
  • Provide technical advice and solve problems on-site.
  • Prepare reports and project updates for management.
  • Participate in project meetings and discussions with clients as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent degree
  • Membership of a recognized institution would be preferred (LEED GA or AP certifications would be a plus for MEP discipline)
  • Minimum 20 years of experience on building projects (villas, residential towers, or commercial buildings)
