Job Description

To lead, design, outreach, protocol, and partnership engagement strategies for the organization. This role is responsible for strategic stakeholder engagement, protocol governance, partnership development, and performance management, ensuring all activities align with the organization’s mission and reputation.

Key Accountabilities : 

• Lead the design and execution of outreach strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and engagements locally, regionally, and globally.
• Exercise ownership and decision-making in setting outreach priorities.
• Oversee and approve protocol planning and governance for corporate events, delegations, and VIP visits.
• Represent the brand in high-level engagements with government entities, embassies, and strategic partners.
• Ensure protocol standards and approvals are met for all VIP-level engagements.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with senior partners, embassies, VIP offices, and government entities.
• Oversee CRM systems, reporting, and day-to-day updates and tracking.
• Lead project planning, monitoring, and reporting systems to ensure delivery of outreach and protocol initiatives.
• Delegate operational and clerical tasks as appropriate.
• Ensure management and monitoring in line with overall plans.
• Creating proposals for partnerships and main government partners, overseeing their design and presentation in order to present and maintain relationships with partners.
• Track and conduct follow ups with partners on partnership agreements and deliverables.
• Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating policies and procedures.
• Manage the team by overseeing their performance management, recruitment, training and development to ensure high levels of engagement and competence and motivated work environment.
• Provide on-the-job training and continuous feedback to support the professional development of team members.
• Develop and implement a structured plan to support the growth and development of UAE Nationals within the team.
• Complete all relevant reports in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner, and comply with international principles of corporate governance and standards, and shareholder requirements.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline
• MBA is an asset

Preferred Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in outreach, corporate relations, stakeholder relations and communications with an ability to demonstrate a successful track record in the field or an equivalent experience

Job-Specific Skills:

• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills leading to a consultative approach within a corporate / multifunctional environment
• Strong understanding of the complexity and challenges of driving/building a project delivery culture and strong project management skills
• Knowledge of strategic communications and outreach initiatives
• Excellent sales and presentation skills written, visual and verbal communication.
• Effective knowledge of digital marketing, digital platforms for hosting programs.
• Effective knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferable)
• Strong event management skills, able to work across all areas required (such as administration, marketing, budgeted, tracking)
• Experience in creating educational programs (content, assessment and reporting)
• Excellent computer literacy, with strong background in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent ability to plan and organize work and prioritize projects
