About the Role:

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial product enthusiast to help innovate and execute product initiatives. The ideal candidate has a background in ideating & building solutions for real customer problems. In this dynamic role, you will deep dive into finding out what really motivates travelers and build solutions to enable travelers.

Responsibilities:

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate within an integrated team (UX, Product, Tech) to create new features across web, mobile, and native app platforms, ensuring a consistent booking experience.
• Analytical Prioritization: Use analytical methods to focus on high-impact solutions for identified problems, delivering maximum value to users and the business.
• Objective Translation: Translate customer and business goals into measurable results throughout the product life cycle, tracking progress effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Content, Finance, Data, and Business Operations to implement enhancements efficiently.
• Continuous Research: Actively participate in ongoing qualitative and quantitative research to pinpoint and prioritize customer problems, driving product improvements.
• A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests using tools such as Split.io or Amplitude to enhance features, maximize product value, and improve the user experience.
• Scrum Methodology Implementation: Drive team performance using scrum practices, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Efficiency Assurance: Lead scrum ceremonies and processes to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.

Profile Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (min 3 years) as a Product Manager, demonstrating a track record of successful product launches and improvements. Experience with travel industry products is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills including proficiency in SQL for data analysis, experience in reading and interpreting data from Tableau dashboards, and capability in navigating Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging insights derived from various analytical tools to make informed and insightful product decisions.
• Experience in translating data insights into actionable product improvements, iterating based on user behavior and market trends to drive product success.
• Proficiency in API endpoints, considered advantageous for seamless data exchange in feature development.
• Proficiency in Arabic for effective communication with Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Skilled in crafting clear user stories for effective team communication.
• Always curious about customers and business, seeking insights to enhance products.
