  • Analyze key hotel performance metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOPPAR to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Evaluate market intelligence, competitor pricing, and demand patterns through revenue benchmarking and rate-shopping tools.
  • Support regional revenue initiatives and strategic projects aimed at optimizing pricing, inventory, and channel performance.
  • Participate in hotel performance reviews and commercial discussions to better understand market dynamics and revenue-driving strategies.
  • Assist with revenue system audits, configuration reviews, and setup requirements for new hotel openings.

  • Minimum two years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Hotel Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, OPERA PMS, IDeaS RMS, Amadeus Hospitality solutions, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus.

We believe the best leaders are developed through experience, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the commercial, analytical, and strategic foundation needed for a successful career in Revenue Management. By working alongside regional leaders and supporting hotels across the portfolio, you'll gain insights and experiences that few early-career opportunities can provide, preparing you to confidently step into future property-based Revenue Management leadership roles.
