Marketing / Branding Executive

Job Summary

• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press;
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, artwork, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• writing and proofreading;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• organizing photo shoots;
• liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders;
• arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• Liaise with event organisers and ensure a smooth participation at planned events. Conceive and develop newsletters to target specific segments.
• Social Media updates, manage and update the company website.

Requirements

• Bilingual Female is preferred: English/Arabic speaking
• Self motivated & independent.
• Should have knowledge of Photoshop & related softwares and proficient in MS Office Applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Good presentation, written & communication skills
