Marketing Executive

ASICO Real Estate is looking for a creative, organized, and results-focused Marketing Executive to support property marketing, strengthen our digital presence, and generate qualified enquiries.

You will plan and execute campaigns for off-plan properties, ready properties, and rentals, working closely with the sales team and creative partners to turn property information into compelling marketing content.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, property portals, and digital advertising.
• Manage the content calendar and coordinate posts, property features, community highlights, and campaign launches.
• Write engaging captions, listing descriptions, email copy, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate property photography, video shoots, reels, and walkthroughs with agents and creative teams.
• Keep website and property portal listings accurate, up to date, and consistent with approved property details.
• Support Google and Meta advertising campaigns, including creative coordination, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
• Work with the sales team to promote priority listings, support viewings and open houses, and gather feedback on lead quality.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Research Dubai communities, audience interests, competitor activity, and relevant market developments.
• Track campaign spending, website traffic, engagement, enquiries, and cost per qualified lead.
• Coordinate suppliers and marketing activities to meet agreed timelines and budgets.
• Check property claims, prices, availability, and promotional details before publication, following internal approval processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong English copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and marketing analytics.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to coordinate photo and video production and provide clear creative briefs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A practical understanding of lead generation and collaboration with sales teams.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in UAE real estate marketing.
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM platforms.
• Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and email marketing tools.
• Arabic language skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai property advertising requirements and approval processes.
