Our client HR Business Solutions is hiring a Marketing Manager in Dubai.
Lead the company's marketing strategy, brand growth, digital marketing, PR, content, and customer acquisition to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
- Lead digital marketing, performance campaigns, SEO, and lead generation.
- Manage content, social media, PR, and brand communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and marketing KPIs.
- Lead the marketing team and coordinate with internal teams and agencies.
- Drive marketing automation, CRM, AI tools, and data-driven marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in marketing leadership.
- Strong experience in brand management, digital/performance marketing, PR, and content marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing certifications are a plus.
