Marketing & Social Media Manager

Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to join the Marketing team and own Beanz’s campaigns, partnerships, and social media presence across all platforms.
This is not an entry-level role. You are expected to execute independently, manage multiple workstreams, move fast, and maintain high creative and execution standards without hand-holding.
The role reports directly to the Marketing Head of Department and requires prior experience working cross-functionally with internal teams across creative, product, operations, and commercial, as well as externally with agencies, partners, creators, and influencers.
Your Mission & Responsibilities
Own and execute Beanz’s marketing and social media activity, helping grow the brand, engage the community, and drive awareness across the region.
- Own Beanz’s social media presence across all major platforms
- Manage the content calendar, content creation, publishing, and community management
- Create short-form content, including filming, voiceovers, and social-first creative
- Brief and coordinate designers, videographers, creators, and influencers
- Write captions, scripts, and marketing copy aligned to the brand voice
- Execute promotional campaigns, seasonal moments, and marketing initiatives
- Support partnership opportunities and co-marketing activations
- Manage in-app marketing requests including banners, promotions, and push notifications
- Track performance across campaigns and social channels and share regular learnings with the team
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Stay on top of trends, conversations, and opportunities relevant to the Beanz audience
What We Expect
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience across marketing and/or social media
- Strong content creation skills, including short-form video, copywriting, and social media management
- Comfortable appearing on camera, recording voiceovers, and creating content independently
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with agencies, creators, influencers, or external partners is a plus
- Experience in tech startups, apps, lifestyle, premium, or consumer brands is preferred
- Strong command of English, with Arabic considered a plus
- Experience working within or marketing to GCC audiences is preferred

- Meta Business Suite
- Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Campaign tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring
Social Media & Content
- Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meltwater, or similar platforms
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Analytics and TikTok Ads Manager
- CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, InShot, or similar content creation tools
AI Proficiency
We expect you to know how to properly use AI to work faster and produce better outputs across content creation, campaign planning, copywriting, research, and reporting workflows (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity).
Experience with tools such as Runway, Sora, or Google AI Studio is a plus.
Before You Apply

- Must be able to provide examples of campaigns, content, or accounts you have personally managed
- Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, or external partners is preferred
