Marketing Specialist (Le Café LPM)

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Content that feels alive. A brand that shows up everywhere it should. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the person who will help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us as we expand.

What This Role Is

This is not a desk job. You will be on the ground - shooting content, managing community, running activations, and making sure Le Café LPM shows up the right way everywhere it does. You report to the Brand Operations Manager and work closely with the whole team.

As we grow, you grow with us. This role has real scope.

What We Are Looking For

Someone with at least 1 year of marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury. Not necessarily senior - but genuinely switched on, fast, and creative.

• Content creation and social media are your natural territory. You know what good looks like and you know how to make it.
• You can coordinate a shoot, write a caption, brief a photographer, and manage a content calendar without being chased.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, people-facing environment. The café floor does not intimidate you - it inspires you.
• You respect a budget. Creative ambition, financial discipline.
• English is a must. French or another European language is a genuine advantage.
