Mid-Market Account Executive

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our Growth team and win new business with mid-market companies across MENA. You’ll own deals end to end, from finding the opportunity to closing it, in a fast-moving startup where you’ll help shape how we sell. If you take initiative, get creative when there’s no playbook, and love a great demo, this role is for you.

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MENA region through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Conduct compelling and persuasive product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
• Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
• Provide market feedback and insights to help shape our product and go-to-market strategies.

• 2–5 years of experience closing B2B SaaS deals in a full-cycle sales role.
• Strong demo skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
• Deep understanding of the MENA market dynamics, business culture, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, resourceful approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments, adapt quickly to change, and build momentum with resilience and urgency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity in prospecting, problem-solving, and tailoring sales approaches to diverse customer needs across the MENA market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
