Move Management Consultant

About The Role

As a Move Management Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the moving aspects of employee relocations. You will coordinate household goods and personal effects shipments while ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and their relocating employees.

This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service excellence, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple relocations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for relocation moving services
• Manage household goods and personal effects shipments for relocating employees
• Counsel assignees on household goods policies and relocation processes
• Liaise with relocating employees, client HR teams, and service providers
• Arrange insurance coverage and ancillary relocation services as required
• Maintain accurate records and data within company systems
• Review, reconcile, and approve invoices
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with client requirements and service standards

Preferred Experience

• Experience within Mobility, Relocation, Moving Services, Logistics, or a related industry
• Experience supporting corporate clients and managing client relationships
• Knowledge of international relocations and household goods services is advantageous
