NOC Engineers Must Meet The Following Minimum Criteria

  • 2–4 years experience in NOC / monitoring roles in high-availability environments
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Riverbed RCPE Associate Certified or higher
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, VCP, Microsoft or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, WMI
  • Network (LAN/WAN), systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), cloud (Azure)
  • Cisco IOS / NX-OS, wireless (Cisco/Meraki preferred)
  • OSI and TCP/IP models
