SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our team within the Private Healthcare Sector. The Nurse Manager will oversee nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to inspire and manage nursing staff effectively.

In this position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, implement policies and procedures, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You will play a vital role in promoting best practices and continuous improvement in patient care and nursing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee patient care services to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage staffing schedules to maintain optimal coverage and workflow.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare departments and professionals to promote integrated care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
  • Identify opportunities for professional development and training for nursing staff.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation effectively to optimize operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a nurse leadership or management role within the private healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Experience with staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
