Nursery School Principal

Job Summary

• To inform staff of Active Learning requirements and standards
• Staff feedback, evaluation of staff, Site-specific needs with regard to training requirements.
• To network with schools to assist parents with transitions, to be seen as a feeder school for key schools, to gain a reputation with local and relevant schools
• Send information packs to schools, arrange visits to their schools and invite schools to visit the nursery, cooperate on open days

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibility for the daily running and administration of the nursery whilst adhering to the Policies & Procedures of the School, ensuring compliance with the Children Act and Health and Safety legislation.
