We are looking for a results-driven Off Plan Specialist with UAE real estate sales experience, strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and a proven ability to convert leads into clients and property transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience. Candidates from luxury sales may be considered with a strong, demonstrable sales record.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including new launches, developers, communities and payment plans.
• Experience selling off-plan residential or commercial properties.
• Good understanding of property investment opportunities and current market trends.
• Demonstrated sales performance and the ability to convert fresh leads into clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and client relationship skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and able to work independently.
