Core Responsibilities - Senior Factory Butcher:

• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to production, quality, and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safely operate equipment, and ensure compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and meet daily production targets.
• Support and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient operations and timely production.
  
  

Core Responsibilities - Production Helper:

• Assist with production line operations and support the manufacturing process.
• Load, unload, and feed materials into production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following food safety standards.
• Remove damaged products and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
  
  

Core Responsibilities - Hygiene Helper:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform general cleaning, waste disposal, and restock hygiene supplies.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and PPE requirements while handling cleaning equipment and materials.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and cleaning supply requirements to the supervisor.
  
  

Core Responsibilities - Machine Operator

• Operate, set up, and calibrate food processing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance, settings, and product quality during production.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspections, minor troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Maintain hygiene, safety standards, and accurate production/activity records.
  
  

Core Responsibilities - Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on processing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns, replace faulty components, and support quick resolution to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment in compliance with HACCP, GMP, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Document maintenance activities, manage tools/spare parts, and support machine efficiency improvements.
