Udrive is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks, and effective communication across teams.

Udrive is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily coordination between drivers and the Operations team. The role ensures smooth vehicle movement, timely execution of operational tasks, and effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily tasks between drivers and the Operations team
- Assign and track driver duties such as vehicle deliveries, pickups, and transfers
- Monitor task completion, timelines, and real-time updates
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers for operational instructions and support
- Escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues promptly
- Maintain daily logs, trackers, and movement reports
- Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in driver coordination, fleet, logistics, or operations
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of fleet or logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking tools
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
- Strong coordination and people-management skills
- High sense of ownership and accountability
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Team player with attention to detail
- Employees currently working in operations, fleet, logistics, or coordination roles
- Individuals with hands-on experience managing drivers or field teams
- Team members ready to take ownership of day-to-day operational coordination
