Job Description
- Ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the warehouse.
- Maintain adequate resources across all teams, working closely with team leaders.
- Identify workforce needs and distribute manpower according to workload fluctuations.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Identify areas of concern and collaborate with operations shift managers and team leaders to resolve issues effectively.
- Develop and implement regular maintenance schedules to minimize unforeseen problems and ensure safety.
- Ensure that quality standards exceed client QA requirements and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of all personnel. This role includes the authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions.
- Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and ensure all training programs are fulfilled.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred.
