Geotechnical Engineer (UAE Nationals Only)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting geotechnical investigations, analyzing soil and rock properties, preparing technical reports, and providing engineering recommendations for infrastructure and construction projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise geotechnical site investigations.
• Review and interpret soil, rock, and groundwater data.
• Perform geotechnical analyses related to foundations, retaining structures, slopes, and earthworks.
• Prepare geotechnical reports, design recommendations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Support project delivery from feasibility studies through construction phases.
• Participate in site visits and provide technical support during construction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• UAE National (Family Book required).
• 0–5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles, soil mechanics, and foundation design.
• Familiarity with geotechnical software and engineering analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
