Organization and Manpower Planning Manager (UAE National)

We are currently partnered with a leading Abu Dhabi based organisation who are looking recruit a senior strategic candidate within the Organisational & Manpower Planning space.
This role requires a UAE National Family Book.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Capital, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping organisational strategy and workforce planning initiatives across a growing international business with operations spanning multiple global locations.
Leading a team the successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to shape organisational strategy, support international growth, and develop workforce solutions that align with the evolving needs of the business. This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic thinker who can influence decision-making and deliver practical organisational outcomes across a complex, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisation design and manpower planning initiatives across the organisation's global offices and international operations.
- Support the workforce planning and organisational requirements of a growing multinational business.
- Drive organisational development and restructuring projects to support business growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to review and enhance operating models and organisational structures.
- Conduct market benchmarking and industry research to identify leading practices and emerging trends.
- Provide strategic recommendations on workforce planning, job architecture, and organisational effectiveness.
- Support international expansion projects and the development of scalable organisational frameworks.
- Manage and develop a small team while ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to influence and implement organisational change
Requirements
- UAE National with a Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in organisation design, manpower planning, organisational development, or strategic workforce planning.
- Previous managerial and people leadership experience of atleast 5+ years
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience leading transformation, restructuring, or organisational change initiatives.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience gained in large, complex organisations or consulting environments is advantageous.
