About The Role - Description
Purpose
This role will be working as part of the New catering system implementation programme , and responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and activities that maximize employee engagement and adoption of new ways of working within Operations. The catering Operations division is a fast paced and dynamic environment, and the Manager Change will need to be able to develop strategies that can adapt to meet the evolving needs.

About The Role - Description
Purpose
This role will be working as part of the New catering system implementation programme , and responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and activities that maximize employee engagement and adoption of new ways of working within Operations. The catering Operations division is a fast paced and dynamic environment, and the Manager Change will need to be able to develop strategies that can adapt to meet the evolving needs.
Accountabilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support employees and
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments by stakeholder group, evaluating the results to
- Ability to come up with creative approaches to embed change across departments with very different
- Provide advice and recommendations and to senior leaders about how to approach change for
- Develop and deliver communication plans for change programmes, identifying and aligning
- Develop communications collateral e.g., SharePoint sites, FAQ libraries etc
- Identify change risks and define change mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on go
- Undertake stakeholder analysis and execute stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Define change success metrics and use them to measure and monitor change progress.
- Coach project teams and business representatives in managing change.
- Develop change champion networks across Operations.
- Airline experience is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree level education.
- Must have a minimum of 7 years experience delivering large scale business transformation focused on
- stakeholder management and change enablement, preferably within a n operation or an aviation
- Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of change and strategic communications planning.
- Extensive knowledge of change management theory, design, and execution.
- Excellent command of English language, written and oral .
