Job Purpose
To grow sales of Jewellery manufacturing tools, machinery and equipment by visiting manufacturers, workshops and jewelers in person. The executive will persuade customers to switch to the brands we represent and build long-term trust with them.

Job Purpose
To grow sales of Jewellery manufacturing tools, machinery and equipment by visiting manufacturers, workshops and jewelers in person. The executive will persuade customers to switch to the brands we represent and build long-term trust with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Jewellery manufacturers, workshops, goldsmiths and retailers daily according to a planned route and target list.
- Understand each customer’s production process (casting, melting, rolling, wire drawing, chain making, polishing, plating, finishing) and recommend suitable machines, tools and consumables.
- Demonstrate products and explain their benefits clearly, covering quality, productivity, durability, after-sales support and value for money.
- Convince customers to move from competitor brands to our brands, handling objections with technical knowledge and facts.
- Build and maintain trust through honest advice, reliable follow-up, on-time delivery and prompt resolution of complaints.
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base in the Gold Souk, industrial areas and other emirates.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, close orders and coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Accounts for delivery and payment collection.
- Record every visit, lead, competitor insight and follow-up in the CRM promptly.
- Gather market feedback on pricing, competitor activity and customer needs, and report it to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and customer events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory), with comfort driving across the UAE daily.
- Proven knowledge of the Jewellery manufacturing process, gained through experience in a Jewellery factory or in machinery, tools or chemicals sales.
- 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in Jewellery machinery, tools or industrial equipment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Fluent English and Hindi; Arabic, Gujarati or other languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Self-motivated, presentable, punctual and target-driven, with a trustworthy, customer-first attitude.
- Monthly sales value against target
- Number of new customers acquired
- Customers converted from competitor brands
- Number of customer visits and quality of follow-up
- Payment collection within terms
- Repeat orders and customer retention
- CRM updating discipline
