As Outlet Cashier, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest transaction is handled with precision, security, and warmth. Your accuracy and professionalism will contribute to the seamless flow of operations within our F&B outlets and support the financial integrity of the hotel. You will safeguard payment processes, collaborate with multiple departments, and ensure all transactions reflect the exceptional service Rosewood is known for.
- Accurately process guest bills, payments, discounts, and promotions through the POS system.
- Safeguard cash, payment instruments, and assigned float while following audit and financial procedures.
- Verify card transactions, room postings, and guest signatures to ensure secure and correct billing.
- Reconcile end-of-shift cash, card, and room charge totals with POS reports.
- Maintain proper authorization and documentation for voids, corrections, and discounts.
- Coordinate effectively with Front Office and F&B teams to support smooth operations and guest service.
- You bring at least one year of experience as an outlet cashier or in a similar role.
- You handle cash and payments with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail.
- You stay calm under pressure, think clearly, and resolve issues using sound judgment.
- You work well with others, communicate effectively, and provide warm, attentive service to guests.
- You are proficient in basic computer systems and comfortable with spreadsheets and POS operations.
- You speak, read, and write English confidently—additional languages are a plus.
