Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on being present on the floor, connecting with guests, and building a high-performing team. You'll take ownership of the restaurant experience, driving service standards, team engagement, and commercial performance while maintaining our commitment to excellence and innovation.

• Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and develop the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Create memorable guest experiences by maintaining service excellence and implementing best practices
• Manage guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues with empathy and decisiveness
• Oversee restaurant presentation, table management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, stock levels, costs, and daily operational requirements with analytical precision
• Recruit, hire, and schedule staff while maintaining optimal workforce planning and team morale
• Prepare and manage financial reports, monitor P&L performance, and control operational budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and kitchen staff for seamless collaboration
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements specific to the UAE
• Work closely with the wider organization to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a restaurant, bar, or Food & Beverage operation in a similar capacity
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated passion for developing and motivating people
• Genuine focus on guest experience and a commitment to service excellence
• Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, beverage management, and table service
• Commercial awareness with proven experience managing budgets, costs, and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Experience in staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene compliance standards
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Current food handling certification and equivalent alcohol service certification recognized in the UAE
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed operational decisions
