Job Description

THE MISSION?

Bring Mama to Life: Prepare, paint, and finish walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces to keep the hotel looking its absolute best. ️

Master of Preparation: Fill cracks, sand surfaces, protect surrounding areas, and make sure every project starts with a flawless foundation. ️

Colour Perfectionist: Match colours, mix paints, and deliver smooth, high-quality finishes that reflect Mama's unique style.

Keep It Fresh: Carry out touch-ups and repainting whenever needed to maintain the hotel's vibrant look and feel.

Safety First, Always: Handle paints, chemicals, and equipment safely while following all health and safety procedures.

Spot the Details: Identify damaged surfaces, report maintenance issues, and work closely with the Engineering team to keep everything in top condition.

Clean Work, Happy Mama: Keep your workspace organised, protect furniture and flooring, and leave every area spotless once the job is done.

Team Spirit Superstar: Collaborate with your fellow Gang members to complete projects efficiently while minimising disruption to guests.

Be the Brand Guardian: Help maintain the signature Mama Shelter atmosphere by ensuring every finish reflects our colourful personality and high standards.
