Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare employee vacation settlements, including leave salary, accrued leave, and other applicable benefits.
- Process employee end-of-service settlements, including gratuity, leave encashment, pending salary, and final dues in accordance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Enter and maintain employee deductions in the payroll system, including salary advances, loans, unpaid leave, absences, and other approved deductions.
- Verify employee records, payroll data, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy before processing settlements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlement processing.
- Ensure all settlement calculations comply with company policies, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate payroll and settlement records while ensuring the confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare settlement reports, reconcile payroll-related transactions, and support monthly payroll and final settlement activities.
- Ensure timely processing of employee settlements to provide a smooth separation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Payroll, HR, or Finance certifications are an added advantage.
