We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to join our People & Culture team.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, this role will support the execution of the resort's people strategy while overseeing key HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will partner closely with department leaders to drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and team member welfare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of People & Culture in delivering the resort's People & Culture strategy and objectives.
• Partner with department heads on manpower planning, recruitment, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, and action plans arising from team member surveys.
• Support learning and development initiatives, leadership development programmes, and career progression opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and Minor Hotels standards.
• Oversee visa coordination, accommodation standards, employee welfare programmes, and related team member services.
• Monitor HR metrics, payroll processes, and workforce planning to support operational requirements.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement, inclusion, development, and high performance.
• Act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a People & Culture Manager, Assistant Director of HR, or senior HR professional within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and hospitality HR practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and performance management.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for creating exceptional team member experiences and developing future talent.
