Are you passionate about HR technology, automation, and transforming the employee experience through innovative systems? Taaleem is seeking an experienced People Systems Lead to drive the development, optimisation, and future evolution of our people technology landscape.

Job Purpose

The People Systems Lead is responsible for the strategic administration, development and optimisation of Taaleem's People technology landscape, ensuring that HR systems support the organisation's operational and strategic objectives.

Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the role leads the design, configuration, governance and continuous improvement of all People systems, including Oracle Fusion, Talentera, BlueSky and future learning and talent platforms. The postholder will ensure systems remain scalable, integrated, user-friendly and aligned to evolving business requirements.

Working closely with the Head of People Operations, People Operations Manager, IT and external system providers, the People Systems Lead will drive automation, digital transformation and data integrity across the employee lifecycle, reducing manual administration whilst improving the employee experience and operational efficiency.

The role acts as the technical subject matter expert for all People systems and is responsible for ensuring the organisation maximises value from its technology investment through continuous development, innovation and user adoption.

Who Are We Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Oracle, HRIS or Project Management certification desirable.
• Continuous professional development in HR Technology, Digital Transformation or Data Analytics preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience administering and developing enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HR is essential.
• Experience with Talentera, BlueSky or Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.
• Experience designing workflows, automation and system integrations.
• Experience leading HRIS implementation or optimisation projects.
• Experience working with multi-site or complex organisations.
• Understanding of HR operations, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with external technology vendors.
