We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive and personal support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media management: Capture and edit photos, videos, and reels for social media
- Create and develop creative content
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks, including email correspondence and document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and AI tools for content, and business support
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong English skills: Arabic is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong communication, time management, negotiation, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours
- Leadership skills & creativity in problem-solving and task execution
