Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pool & Beach Attendant to join our hospitality team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests while delivering exceptional service. As a Pool & Beach Attendant, you will be the friendly face of our resort, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

• Greet guests with a courteous and professional demeanor upon arrival and departure, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests and needs, demonstrating empathy and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Set up and maintain beach beds, cabanas, sunbeds, umbrellas, and towel stations according to company specifications and procedures
• Ensure the pool and beach areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the day
• Provide guests with clean towels and amenities as needed, maintaining inventory and restocking supplies efficiently
• Fold and pack umbrellas and equipment in the evenings, ensuring proper storage and organization
• Monitor and maintain safety standards in all work areas, immediately reporting any suspicious occurrences or hazardous conditions to management
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and grooming standards at all times
• Attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions as directed by management
• Perform additional tasks and support other departments as required to ensure seamless operations
  
  

Qualifications

• High School diploma or vocational hospitality training
• 1-3 years of experience working as a Pool & Beach Attendant or similar guest service role in a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
• Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
• Physical fitness and stamina to work extended periods in outdoor conditions, including standing and walking
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shift work
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Preferred: Basic swimming knowledge or water safety certification
• Preferred: First Aid and CPR certification
• Preferred: Multilingual abilities (Arabic and English proficiency is advantageous)
• Preferred: Experience working in Middle Eastern hospitality settings
