Job Description

• Visit assigned customers daily according to the planned route.
• Take accurate customer orders using the company's sales system or handheld device.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure all company products are available and properly displayed at customer outlets.
• Promote new products, special offers, and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify new customers and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and report findings to the supervisor.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.
