Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional experience in photography, photojournalism, visual storytelling, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in press, event, sports, editorial, or multimedia content creation.
- Ability to capture both high-quality photographs and video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, visual storytelling, and content production.
- Willingness and ability to conduct regular field work, including covering events, news stories, and assignments across various locations.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage photography equipment, video gear, and digital asset organization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Digital Photography Certification is an advantage.
