Key Responsibilities

  • Operate steam presses, flatwork ironers, garment presses, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Press and finish garments, uniforms, linens, curtains, and other textile items according to quality standards.
  • Inspect items before and after pressing to identify stains, damages, or quality issues.
  • Ensure garments are wrinkle-free, properly shaped, and neatly finished before packing.
  • Sort and organize items based on customer requirements and production schedules.
  • Follow garment care labels and special handling instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing and finishing area.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.

Experience & Requirements

  • Laundry Pressing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
