- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines and overseas partners.
- Source competitive rates and ensure commercially viable pricing.
- Monitor market trends, freight fluctuations, and carrier pricing.
- Prepare and manage import quotations and pricing proposals.
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight, import processes, and international logistics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
