What would you do while you work with us?

• Support the end-to-end handling of vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers with the relevant authorities.
• Manage lease-to-own related documentation, including registration of lease/mortgage notations and final ownership transfers.
• Coordinate Salik tagging, plate issuance or replacement, and vehicle possession or clearance certificates.
• Arrange vehicle inspection, passing, de-registration, and export-related processes as required.
• Liaise with Dubai Police, traffic departments, insurance providers, and finance partners to ensure smooth vehicle file processing.
• Handle trade license renewals and amendments, along with establishment card, Chamber of Commerce, and Ejari-related updates.
• Process staff visa, labour, and Emirates ID-related transactions in line with UAE regulations.
• Maintain accurate trackers for expiry dates, renewals, and compliance documents.
• Build strong working relationships with government offices, typing centres, and external service providers.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of UAE PRO experience, with hands-on exposure to RTA vehicle registration and related government processes.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, licensing, and authority procedures.
• A valid UAE driving license is required, as the role involves frequent travel to government departments.
• High school diploma is the minimum requirement; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
