Process Excellence Manager

Position- Process Excellence Manager
Location: Dubai or India
Duration: 6 Months and extendable

Role Purpose: –
The Process Excellence Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –

• Own process architecture and standardization framework.
• Maintain process repository and process governance.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping and target operating model design.
• Conduct process maturity assessments.

Key Performance Indicators: –

• % processes documented
• % processes standardized
• Process maturity score

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
Core Competencies: –
Process Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.

Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
MBA (Operations, Finance, or Business Management) is preferred.
