Position: Senior Leader of Process Re-Engineering & Automation
Location: Dubai or India
Duration: 6 Months and Extendable

Role Purpose: –
The Senior Leader of Process Re-Engineering & Automation drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
Key Responsibilities: –

• Lead the bank-wide Operations Transformation agenda.
• Own process excellence, automation, Lean and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Establish governance and prioritization of transformation initiatives.
• Deliver measurable productivity, customer experience and control improvements.

Key Performance Indicators: –

• Cost savings delivered
• FTE capacity released
• STP improvement
• Cycle time reduction
• Benefits realization

Qualifications & Experience: –
Relevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
