Role Purpose
To validate and process transactions for internal business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to operational standards.

To validate and process transactions for internal business units, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify transactions in line with procedures and SLAs
- Provide operational support to Branches and Business Units
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and CBUAE regulations
- Manage account closures, cheque return cases, and archival coordination
- Perform reconciliations (e.g., Takaful accounts) and initiate required submissions
- Resolve day-to-day operational queries efficiently
- Support UAT and operational improvement initiatives
- Higher Secondary education
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Banking Operations
- Knowledge of banking systems (CRM, Finacle, DocSafe, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail
