Our Company is a leading provider of heat exchanger solutions across various sectors. Are you a recent graduate eager to kick-start your career in procurement and supply chain management?

We are currently seeking a proactive Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team for minimum 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in science, engineering, or commerce to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process within a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing components required for manufacturing processes,
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards,
• Supporting the procurement team in maintaining accurate records and documentation,
• Assisting with inventory management and tracking of stock levels,
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand requirements and provide procurement insights.

What We're Looking For

• Preferably fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field,
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail,
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment,
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the procurement field,
• English language proficiency is required.
