Your Impact

Within the Merchandising team, The Procurement Trainee will assist in various tasks to support daily purchasing and supplier-related tasks.

Job responsibilities

• Create and follow up on purchase orders (PO)
• Support the receiving process for goods and services
• Process MIGO entries in the system
• Follow up on supplier invoices and pending payments
• Support supplier creation and collect required documents
• Coordinate shipments and deliveries, including courier companies such as Aramex
• Track shipment status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
• Keep records and files updated
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers when needed
• Help resolve issues related to orders, receipts, or payments
  
  

Profile

• University student or fresh graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Good communication skills
