Within the Merchandising team, The Procurement Trainee will assist in various tasks to support daily purchasing and supplier-related tasks.

Within the Merchandising team, The Procurement Trainee will assist in various tasks to support daily purchasing and supplier-related tasks.
Job responsibilities
- Create and follow up on purchase orders (PO)
- Support the receiving process for goods and services
- Process MIGO entries in the system
- Follow up on supplier invoices and pending payments
- Support supplier creation and collect required documents
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, including courier companies such as Aramex
- Track shipment status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
- Keep records and files updated
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers when needed
- Help resolve issues related to orders, receipts, or payments
- University student or fresh graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Good communication skills
