We're looking for a sharp, technically-minded Product Manager to own a specific product domain within our Opus platform. This is a role for someone eager to learn fast, think hard, and make a real impact. You'll translate high-level company strategy into clear, actionable requirements and work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ship products that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Take full ownership of the roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for your product domain
• Translate company vision and business objectives into clear, measurable product goals and deliverables
• Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation

Discovery & User Research

• Develop a deep understanding of target users — their needs, workflows, and pain points
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify impactful problems and validate product hypotheses
• Translate validated insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Development & Delivery

• Build and maintain a prioritised roadmap balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes
• Lead agile development processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and managing cross-functional dependencies
• Coordinate go-to-market launches with marketing, sales, and support teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the product expert for engineering, making clear trade-off decisions throughout development
• Keep stakeholders informed on performance, timelines, and priorities
• Partner with design to ensure user experience aligns with product goals and brand standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role
• A genuine understanding of technology; you don't need to code, but you must be able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them clearly across the organisation
• Smart, hungry, and eager to grow
• Solid understanding of agile development processes
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira or Asana, and analytics platforms
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus
