Programme Delivery & GTM Lead

Job Requirements

 10–15 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, digital banking initiatives, product launches, or strategic change portfolios, ideally within banking or financial services.

 Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year programmes involving multiple squads, vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders from inception through successful launch and adoption.

 Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, operational readiness, and business outcomes within large transformation environments.

 Strong experience delivering and launching digital products, customer journeys, propositions, platforms, or major change initiatives, with accountability for adoption and value realisation.

 Extensive experience in programme financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, business case management, benefits tracking, and executive-level financial reporting.

 Deep expertise in programme governance, delivery assurance, launch governance, and structured reporting through SteerCos, executive forums, board committees, and RAID/RAAIDD management frameworks.

 Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for major product, proposition, platform, or transformation launches, including operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and launch performance monitoring.

 Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners, including commercial performance, contract governance, delivery accountability, and value realisation.

 Strong background in Agile delivery at scale, coordinating across multiple squads, business functions, and delivery teams while driving execution discipline and delivery predictability.

 Experience within Business Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, Customer Onboarding, Customer Servicing, or large-scale platform modernisation programmes would be highly advantageous.

 Bachelor & Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline required.

 MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

 Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, MSP, or equivalent programme and delivery management qualifications preferred.

 Formal training or experience in Product Management, Go-to-Market Strategy, Change Management, or Digital Transformation delivery would be advantageous.
