Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized UAE National to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This entry-level opportunity is part of our Emiratization initiative and is ideal for candidates looking to start or develop a career in project administration and coordination.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to project teams, assist with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and ensure smooth communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in day-to-day project coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• Track project progress and update reporting templates.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project-related documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project requirements.
• Monitor action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
• Assist with procurement, logistics, and administrative activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
